The congress was aimed at an overall review of the legislation (UE and national sources) concerning the protection of customers (transparency, compliance, dispute resolutions) in the banking and financial sectors.
The subject was introduced by Prof. Antonella Sciarrone Alibrandi (Università Cattolica of Milan), contributions to the analysis and debate were offered by Dr Magda Bianco (Bank of Italy, Milan Branch, Head of customers’ protection and AML)), Giuseppe Tiracorrendo (lawyer, Secretary of the ADR body “Conciliatore BancarioFinanziario) and Dr Piero Boccassino (Chief Compliance Officer – Intesa Sanpaolo).
